Flora Lei
Hello there. This is Flora Lei, a Senior at Walnut High School. I am currently in IBDP program. Reading is one of my favorite things to do because it allows me to analyze the actions and thoughts of the characters and author. When I think of interesting scenarios that I can’t seem to find in novels, I end up writing them myself. Anyhow, I’ve been formally tutoring since my freshman year of high school, and I’ve always loved supporting my peers and younger kids. Since I want to pursue a career in education, this experience is equally as beneficial to me as it is to the people I help.
William Chang
Troy High School, 12th grade
A few classes I am currently enrolled in are AP Language and Composition, AP Calculus BC, AP Physics 2, and IB Computer Science HL2. As shown, I am adequately prepared to teach most subjects, so feel free to join my class for help with homework. In addition, I can also teach any subject you may be struggling with or are passionate in pursuing. My goal as a volunteer is to use my extensive knowledge to benefit those who are struggling, so that they may be able to accomplish their dreams and pass on their own knowledge in the future.
