Guidelines for Use
Re-registration
All students who have used the old system must re-register for an account before they can log in and use the new system.
Timely Record Please record your volunteer hours as soon as possible after each activity, or keep a backup file yourself to avoid forgetting before the annual deadline.
Confirm Activity Name When recording, please confirm the Activity name with the leader of your volunteer group to ensure you select the correct one.
CAPA Activities Only This system is only for recording CAPA-organized activities. If a service certificate has already been issued at the event, there is no need to record it again.
