Volunteer Time Management System Upgrade Notice

Starting September 2, 2025, the VTMS (Volunteer Time Management System)  will be fully upgraded.

🔑 Guidelines for Use

1️⃣ Re-registration
👉 All students who have used the old system must re-register for an account before they can log in and use the new system.

2️⃣ Timely Record
👉 Please record your volunteer hours as soon as possible after each activity, or keep a backup file yourself to avoid forgetting before the annual deadline.

3️⃣ Confirm Activity Name
👉 When recording, please confirm the Activity name with the leader of your volunteer group to ensure you select the correct one.

4️⃣ CAPA Activities Only
👉 This system is only for recording CAPA-organized activities. If a service certificate has already been issued at the event, there is no need to record it again.
